Biography
Soprano Erin O’Rourke, from Bronxville NY, is a M.M. student in the Vocal Arts Department at The Juilliard School. She received the esteemed Toulmin Juilliard Full Scholarship Award and is studying under soprano Amy Burton. Ms. O’Rourke recently placed second in the Laffont Metropolitan Opera Competition, Eastern Regionals. This season, Ms. O’Rourke performed with Juilliard 415 in Purcell’s King Arthur under Maestro Meunier, Seven Early Songs by Berg at Alice Tully Hall with Lab Orchestra, and Nella in Gianni Schicchi. Ms O’Rourke joining the Gerdine Young Artists and is covering Susannah in Susannah with Opera Theatre of St. Louis. She is then traveling to Switzerland to join the world renowned Atelier Lyrique in the Verbier Festival in July 2023. Her past opera credits include her Ra
