Biography
Soprano Gaja Sorčsuccessfully completed the Ljubljana Academy of Music with prof. Assoc. Barbara Jernejčič Fürst. She has attended many training courses, and is currently training with Alenka Slokar Bajc. As a soloist, she participated in many projects and with many different performers (NOVA Philharmonic, ProVox Choir, Goriška Octet, Ljubljana Partisan Choir, Domžale-Kamnik Symphony Orchestra, Laško Brass Band and many others). Within the framework of the Academy of Music, she participated in many projects (Papagena in Mozart's Magic Flute, Flora in Britten's The Turn of the Screw, Mini Opera and Mini Opera II and others). She made her debut in the role of the Hop Princess in Radovan Gobac's operetta of the same name, sang the role of Juliet in the opera of the same name by Aleš Makovac,
