Gemma Morsley is a British mezzo-soprano and actress. Versatile and inventive, she is equally at home in dramatic, lyric and character roles. She studies in London with voice teacher David Barrell. Gemma has sung with companies across the UK, Europe and the Far East including Grange Park Opera, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, BBC Proms, Opera Rara, London Festival Opera and at the Dartington International Festival. She has been keeping busy during lockdown by studying the roles of Eboli and Meg Page, recording new video material and most recently joining the newly formed Opera Ensemble for their inaugural socially distanced performances of Pagliacci in London and at The Grange Festival and Iford Arts.
