Íñigo Santacana

Íñigo Santacana was born in San Sebastián, Spain. He studied Business Administration at the Universidad of Deusto and also did a Master’s degree in Cultural Management at the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). Afterwards he studied acting for four years at the Madrid Royal College of Dramatic Art (RESAD), then graduated from the prestigious Sala Cuarta Pared in Madrid (2020 National Theatre Award) as a stage director. He also has a relevant musical training after receiving musical language, piano and singing lessons for over 12 years. In February 2022, he made his opera directorial debut with María de Buenos Aires by Astor Piazzolla at the Palacio de Festivales de Cantabria in Santander.
