Jurica Jurasić Kapun

JURICA JURASIĆ KAPUN finished his singing studies at the Zagreb Music Academy in the class of Vlatka Oršanić. Before that he spent two semesters at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. During and after his studies he expanded his knowledge and singing skills in various master classes with renowned singers such as Thomas Hampson, Melanie Diener, Krešimir Stražanac and others. The young baritone received his first experiences on stage in baroque operas by Purcell and Pepusch and later Mozart and Massenet as well as in performances of contemporary pieces. His professional debut was in Bizet's Carmen at the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb.
