Biography
The Italian conductor Marco Alibrando (Messina, 1987) had his debut at the age of 24 in Florence and from that moment it has begun an increasingly intense career, conducting Rossini’s Adina at the Rossini Festival in Wildbad, described by The New York Times as a “first-rate performance” and, subsequently, Duetti Amorosi at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro and Delitto e Dovere at the Festival di Spoleto. Eventually was invited to assist Iván Fischer for Falstaff and Symphonic projects. Marco is the Music Director of VoceAllOpera since 2021. Most recents and upcoming events include Aida in Novara, Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Lucia di Lammermoor at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Evgenij Onegin at the Nederlandse Reisopera, Rigoletto at the Stresa Festival, L'elisir d'amore and La fill
