Praised for her “Pleasing, lustrous voice with depth and power,” spinto soprano Megan Marie Hart is known for her compelling vocal expression and dramatic stage presence. In the season 2023/24 she will make her debut in the roles of Desdemona in Otello and Antonia in Les contes d’Hoffmann at the Staatstheater Darmstadt, where she will also return to her beloved role of Chrysothemis in Elektra and continue as Tatyana in Eugene Onegin. In the 2022/23 season she made her debut as Cio-Cio-San in Madama Butterlfy with Landestheater Detmold, and returned to her beloved roles of Donna Anna in Don Giovanni and Tatyana in Eugene Onegin, and made her debut as Liù in Turandot at the Staatstheater Darmstadt.
