Praised for her “sonorous mezzo, rich in character…” (Online Merkur), Russian mezzo soprano Natalya Boeva won the prestigious International ARD Music Competition in Munich, Germany in 2018. Her impressive performance also earned her the prize for Best Interpretation of a commissioned work and the “ifp” Music Prize. Natalya is currently an ensemble member at the Augsburg State Theatre in Germany, where she debuted in the 2018-2019 season as Preziosilla (La forza del destino), Charlotte (Werther) and Jackie Onassis in the European premiere of David T.Little’s JFK. In the following season she participated in the new productions in Augsburg as Komponist (Ariadne auf Naxos) and Secretary (Menotti’s The Consul).
