Nestan Meboniya

Nestan Meboniya graduated from the Russian University of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in 2012. At the GITIS Theatre she performed Drusilla in Monteverdi’s L'incoronazione di Poppea. In 2013–2015 she was a student at the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre. She participated in Mozart’s The Magic Flute (2012) and Gluck’s L'Ivrogne corrigé (2013) in the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre. In 2013, she attended a workshop at the Bavarian State Opera. In 2014, she performed the role of the Opera Singer in the production of Anna Karenina in the Vakhtangov State Academic theatre. She toured in Athens (Greece). In the same year she performed Nedda in Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci in the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Centre and at the Akhundov Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre
