Nick Richardson sings, acts, and moves. He’s a dramaturg and a theatre scholar. ¡Y habla español! PERFORMER Nick’s performance credits span musical theatre, opera, and film. He also has experience devising original works. He has performed with Virginia Opera, Virginia Arts Festival, Virginia Musical Theatre, Zeiders American Dream Theater, and local community theaters. Nick performed in 11 opera productions while a student at Florida State University, including the academic premiere of Prince of Players by Carlisle Floyd and a new abridged version of The Three Feathers (Lori Laitman/Dana Gioia). He studied voice with mezzo-soprano Phyllis Pancella. Nick currently sings at Old Donation Episcopal Church and studies with mezzo-soprano/contralto Sondra Gelb. DRAMATURG Nick is currently workin
