Orsolya Nyakas

Hungarian soprano, graduate of Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music Budapest (2016). In 2015 she won the Annie Fischer Scholarschip. During studies in Swiss Opera Studio (Bern University of the Arts) she made her debut in Theater Biel-Solothurn as Berta in Il Barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini). From the season 2018.2019 she is part of the ensemble in Konzert Theater Bern, where she already sung the roles of Despina (Mozart: Cosi fan tutte), Musetta (Puccini: La Bohème), Die Dirne (Boesmans: Reigen) and Alma (Evers: Humanoid – world premiere). She took part in masterclasses of Júlia Hamari, Nancy Argenta, Ingrid Attrot, Dorothee Mields, Emma Kirkby, Nicholas Clapton and Anna Korondi. As singer of the Purcell Choir she worked with Helmuth Rilling, René Jacobs and Ádám Fischer. As soloist she performed
