Peter Mazalan

Born in 1984, baritone Peter Mazalan, a native of Bratislava /Slovakia/, completed his studies at the University of Performing Arts in Bratislava /opera singing, stage design/ and also at the Slovak Technic University on the Faculty of the Architecture.Peter Mazalán studied singing at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Except music he also received a doctorate at the Faculty of Architecture of the Slovak University of Technology. He became the laureate of several international vocal competitions, e.g. Hilde Zadek International Vocal Competition in Vienna, Concorso per Giovani Cantanti Lirici d’Europa in Como, the Antonín Dvořák International Vocal Competition. His most important engagements include the opera studio of the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, where he sang the Forest
