“J.S.Bach & Sons”
A prelude to the celebrations of the 300th anniversary of the birth of C. P. E. Bach

Perhaps inevitably, the unique figure of Johann Sebastian Bach often overshadows the singular talents of several of his sons and their important contributions to the development of European music. In the festive spirit of Christmas, the well-known Baroque specialist, Markellos Chrysikopoulos joins forces with four outstanding soloists and invites the audience to enjoy Brandenburg Concerto No.1 by Johann Sebastian Bach, as well as extracts of two devout religious works by Johannes Christian and Carl Philip Emmanuel Bach.

Προανάκρουσμα του εορτασμού των 300 χρόνων από την γέννηση του Κ. Φ. Ε. Μπαχ

Η ανεπανάληπτη φυσιογνωμία του Γιόχαν Σεμπάστιαν Μπαχ αναπόφευκτα επισκιάζει συχνά το ταλέντο και τις πολύτιμες συνεισφορές ορισμένων γιων του στην εξέλιξη της μουσικής. Στο πνεύμα της γιορτής των Χριστουγέννων, ο γνωστός «μύστης» του μπαρόκ, Μάρκελλος Χρυσικόπουλος, με την αρωγή τεσσάρων εξαίρετων σολίστ, καλεί το κοινό να απολαύσει το Πρώτο Βραδενβούργιο Κοντσέρτο του πατρός Μπαχ, καθώς και αποσπάσματα από δύο κατανυκτικά θρησκευτικά έργα των γιών του, Γιόχαν Κρίστιαν και Καρλ Φίλιπ Εμμάνουελ Μπαχ.
