DJs on the turntables, a beat of up to 120 beats per minute, memorable lyrics and hits like Stayin' Alive , Daddy Cool or YMCA - what began in New York lofts and clubs soon set the beat on the dance floors in Europe and founded the lifestyle of the so-called disco generation: be a Saturday Night Star in glittering bell-bottoms or the Dancing Queen in a sequined dress and forget everyday life. What was the time like when John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John became world stars or when the program In Dinge Disco by the radio station DT 64 had to play at least 60 percent GDR titles, while Ilja Richter on ZDF regularly turned off the lights! spot on! shouted? Whenstate-certified record entertainers recorded their music repertoire on Stern cassette recorders and records were a valuable rarity?

In Hall 207, the musical lets love have its say, tells of exciting entanglements and grooves to the sound of the 70s.
