Etwa 120 Mitwirkende, bestehend aus Symphonieorchester, zahlreichen Solisten und einem grossen Chor bringen monumentale Werke aus den Original Soundtracks auf die Bühne, komponiert von den bedeutendsten Hollywood-Komponisten: Howard Shore, Hans Zimmer, John Williams, James Newton Howard, James Horner und vielen mehr. Auf dem Programm stehen die Höhepunkte grosser Filmklassiker wie «Dune», «Star Wars», «Avengers», «Interstellar», «The Lord of the Rings» oder «Ben Hur». Das Publikum macht sich auf eine epische Klangreise in die schottischen Highlands, nach Mittelerde und ins alte Rom, ins Mittelalter sowie in die Zukunft. Beeindruckende Lichteffekte verstärken die gewaltige Wirkung. Ein Galakonzert – garantiert mit Gänsehautmomenten!

Anyone who goes to the cinema wants to experience goosebump moments. The decisive role is always played by the music: without it, even the most ingenious director would not be able to arouse emotions. However, even more overwhelming feelings arise in the concert hall when the film music is played live. About 120 performers, consisting of a symphony orchestra, numerous soloists and a large choir, bring monumental works from the original soundtracks to the stage, composed by the most important Hollywood composers: Howard Shore, Hans Zimmer, John Williams, James Newton Howard, James Horner and many more. The programme includes highlights of great film classics such as "Dune", "Star Wars", "Avengers", "Interstellar", "The Lord of the Rings" and "Ben Hur". The audience embarks on an epic sonic journey to the Scottish Highlands, to Middle-earth and ancient Rome, to the Middle Ages and to the future. Impressive lighting effects enhance the powerful effect. A gala concert – guaranteed to give you goosebumps!
