It is impossible to imagine the ProArte schedule without him: Grigory Sokolov. Every year he delights the audience with one of his brilliantly conceived solo recitals in the Laeiszhalle. With the stage lights dimmed, he always manages to captivate the audience and amaze them with his unpretentious virtuosity. He always skilfully shows his unfailing feeling for the delicate and quiet tones that he knows how to give space to in his programs. This season, listeners can look forward to a wonderfully compiled program with works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Frédéric Chopin and Robert Schumann.
