If you want to become a big theater fan, practice early. But how do you inspire young and young people for theater and opera? With child-friendly, fairytale-like and imaginative adaptations of great classics. That's what the Wertingen Festival for children is doing right NOW.

The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is probably the most famous and most performed opera in the world.

Prince Tamino gets lost and is being pursued by a snake! The magical Queen of the Night tells him to save her daughter, Pamina. He has to save the beautiful princess Pamina from the clutches of the evil sorcerer. Together with the funny bird catcher Papageno he sets off. A magic flute and a glockenspiel help them to survive many a danger and three difficult trials.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who composed this opera, created a unique musical fairy tale with The Magic Flute, which has conquered the whole world since its first performance in 1791.
