A warning against maritime pollution and a meditation on life and what comes after.
This unique and thought-provoking event, devised by Samoan choreographer and director Lemi Ponifasio combines Mahler’s mystical Das Lied von der Erde with traditional chants from the Pacific region. The concert is part of the red bridge project, a joint initiative of by Mudam, the Grand Théâtre and the Philharmonie.

Eine Warnung vor der Verschmutzung des Meeres und eine Meditation über das Leben und das, was danach kommt.
Dieses einzigartige und zum Nachdenken anregende Ereignis, das von dem samoanischen Choreographen und Regisseur Lemi Ponifasio entwickelt wurde, kombiniert Mahlers mystisches Lied von der Erde mit traditionellen Gesängen aus der Pazifikregion. Das Konzert ist Teil des red bridge projects,  einer gemeinsamen Initiative von Mudam, Grand Théâtre und Philharmonie.

Une mise en garde sur la pollution des océans, associée à une méditation sur la vie et l’au-delà.
Cet événement unique, invitant à la réflexion, a été conçu par le chorégraphe et metteur en scène Lemi Ponifasio. Il mêle le spirituel Chant de la Terre de Gustav Mahler à des chants traditionnels du Pacifique. Le concert s’inscrit dans le red bridge project, mené conjointement par le Mudam, le Grand Théâtre et la Philharmonie.
