Biography
STEFAN HUBER was born in Zurich and trained as an actor at the University of Music and Theater in Bern. Already during his studies he was engaged for the role of Tony in West Side Story at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern. His first permanent engagement took him to the Stadttheater Aachen for three years. There he played Oswald in Ibsen's Ghosts, Ferdinand in Shakespeare's The Tempest, Mercury in Kleist's Amphitryon, Luka in Gorky's Night Asylum , Conrad in Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing , Mottel in Jerry Bocks and Joseph Steins, among many other roles Anatevka, the Bill Calhoun/Lucentio in Cole Porter's and Sam and Bella Spewack's Kiss me, Kate ! and finally the title role in Shakespeare's Hamlet . An engagement in the German-language original ensemble of the musical Les Misérab
