Biography
Romanian bass baritone Gheorghe Palcu graduated from the Music Conservatoire "Jacopo Tomadini" Udine, (Italy), and recently graduate from Cork School of Music (Ireland) with the first class honorous in his Masters of Performance. His recent operatic repertoire highlight include Don Pasquale /Don Pasqule, Neimenster- Luxemburg, under Camilla Rossetti(conductor) and Caterina Ponti Liberovici (director), Pallante /Agrippina, Jackson Lane Theatre -London, under Thomas Payne (conductor) Ashley Pearson(director) and Argante (Rinaldo) under Sandrah Silvio (conductor and director) As a member of the UK Ensemble OrQuesta, Gheorghe performed various roles under Marcio da Silva such as, Hidraot and Ubalde /Armida (Cockpit UK) , Leporello/ Don Giovanni (Hastings) and Seneca/ Coronation of Poppea
