Julia Lindgren

Julia Lindgren is a sparkling soprano from Gothenburg. In May 2023, Julia made her debut at the Royal Opera in Stockholm as "Herodias page" in Richard Strauss opera Salome. In the summer 2023 she sang "First Witch" in Macbeth by Verdi at Läckö Castle. Upcoming roles is Fiordiligi in Cosi fan tutte with Göteborgs Universitet and Ida in Die Fledermaus at Vattnäs concert barn. This year's Opera scholarship from Barbro Salén's Foundation is aimed at students at Stockholm University of the Arts to provide the opportunity for continued special studies abroad.
